Sugar Fix How to Make Caramel…and fix it when it doesn't turn out

Image
What happens when a professional DIYer starts a caramel company?  She can't resist showing other people how to make caramel too, and fix it when it doesn't turn out right.  Because there is nothing more frustrating than messing it up and it happens to all candy-makers the world over…just trying to help. I made this video in the Tastemade Studios where they do this thing all day long.  If you've watched lots of youtube cooking shows you may recognize this kitchen set from other videos.  It's been featured in many… enjoy! I set this to my all-time favorite French song Les Copains D'abords, a George Brassens song. If you like French folk music, you should check this guy out.  He's like the Jonny Cash of France.
